Hermetic Tai Chi ZOOM class Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm $14 drop-in or $50 per month
Fundamental QiGong will begin each class. Hermetic Tai Chi is an ancient movement form with health rather than fighting as a goal. The "Books" of this form tell a complex story of the cosmos and of our relationship to it, of elements and forces, and of the flow of history. We begin our exploration by learning the flowing gentle movements and gradually gain greater understanding as we continue along the journey..
Beginners are welcome.
Many forms known as Tai Chi (sounds like “tie chee”) have developed from many sources over hundreds of years. From these early roots a number of shoots developed. Hermetic Tai Chi evolved from the Yang style Tai Chi and is a breath and movement-based health practice. Each class will include fundamental Qi Gong (sounds like “chee gong”).
