Discovering Qigong & Tai Chi
Discover Qigong and practice a short animal form in a group class. A series of moving exercises help us free our breath, gain strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. Dragon sticks will be incorporated into basic Qigong practice.
Beginners are welcome.
