Community Stretch Description
Give your muscles the love they deserve with this light intensity total-body stretch class. Community Stretch will energize you physically and emotionally and help you get the blood flowing! This class is open to all fitness levels, so grab a friend or family member and start your week off right! All you will need for this class is a yoga mat and water bottle.
Wednesdays beginning September 11th
3:45 - 4:30 pm Circuit ($8 members, $10 non-members)
4:30 - 5:30 pm Hump Day HIIT ($10 members, $12 non-members)
Looking to switch up your typical fitness routine? Join us for 45 minutes of moderate to high-intensity exercise! Each station will be a different exercise designed to target all major muscle groups followed by a short rest in between each exercise. Modifications and progressions will be provided, as needed. Whether you're a beginner or an athlete, Circuit is a great way to get a total body workout in a short period of time! All you will need for this class is a water bottle.
Hump Day HIIT
What day is it? HUMP DAYYY! This 60-minute high-intensity workout is designed to get your heart rate up and keep you glowing the rest of the week! Exercises will be performed in a circuit style with a short rest in between. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels are recommended but modifications can be provided for beginners, as well. All you will need for this class is a water bottle and face towel, as needed:)
