Salem classes are on hold until May. I will be in touch regarding venues opening as well as what the kids/tween class schedule looks like.
I will update online presence more often, in order not to send lots of emails. :)
Take care of yourself and each other; we are all in this together.
Love and light,
I am reaching out to let you know that our Rupert and Wells classes are suspended for the month of March. I will be in touch with everyone as soon as I know more. I will also let everyone know about Salem, once I’ve talked with the owner/contact there.
Additionally, I will be allowing anyone to purchase a pass card for $50 for the month of March, instead of upping the price on 3/15. If you want one at this price, let me know and I’ll mail it to you. Once classes start up again, the price will be $60/card.
I am still available for massage, as long as you are feeling healthy, and I am, too. Let me know if you think you might be interested. I can do shorter chair massage as well as longer, full body massage.
Lastly, there won’t be yoga at Marble House this summer. Their decision was not based on COVID, but instead they didn’t feel the number of people supported holding it again.
Please feel free to reach out anytime. I will post to FB and IG, as well as update my website weekly, if not more often. Please do follow me if you are on either of those platforms. (Tree Song Vermont)
I believe our return to our mats, once we are all together again, will be so wonderful. Until then, I’ll leave you with a message from Annie Cushman:
“These days, my practice is teaching me to embrace imperfection: to have compassion for all the ways things haven’t turned out as I planned, in my body and in my life - for the ways things keep falling apart, and failing, and breaking down. It’s less about fixing things, and more about learning to be present for exactly what is.”
Much love and peace.
