Five online classes this week!
*new* Monday: FLOW 6-7 am
Tuesday: Slow Flow 5-6 pm
Wednesday: Flow 6-7 am
Thursday: Slow Flow 5-6 pm
Saturday: Slow Flow 9-10 am
Slow Flow classes have a longer centering and hold poses longer in order to connect with the breath. If you want to use a pillow/block or a blanket, feel free to have those nearby.
Flow classes will follow the same general flow as Slow Flow classes, but will be a little bit faster paced as well as incorporate Sun Salutation B and a shorter centering/savasana.
(Reminder that for anyone who doesn't have yoga props and wants to borrow - I am happy to lend to you.)
Online classes are always going to be donation-based. This yoga is as much for me as it is for you! If you have a friend looking for classes, please feel free to pass this info on to them, but let me know. Otherwise, they won't be able to get in.

Looking ahead ... please let me know if you would prefer slow flow in the morning and flow in the evening. Or maybe you want a Sunday class instead of Saturday. I love feedback! Once school is 'out,' times may change, so I always welcome suggestions on class style and time. I plan to add in a monthly Restorative class. Maybe on a Sunday evening? Please be in touch if you have day/time preferences.
